Most importantly, we got a fair price for the house and I did not have to break my back or spend a bunch of money getting it ready. We had a few issues getting our new house lined up, so we had to change our closing date with Chip a number of times. He accommodated those changes with a smile. We walked away with as much money as we would have gotten after paying a realtor their commission without near the amount of headache. We were very happy with the whole process and would work with Chip again!

My husband and I were having financial problems last summer. We received several foreclosure notices and did everything we could to work with the mortgage company to try to save our home. With less than a month to go before auction, I got postcards in the mail from many companies advertising that they would pay cash for our house and keep us from foreclosure. He made our devastating situation bearable. This process was so much easier and faster than when we originally purchased the house. I had a very good experience in selling my home on Deerfoot Trail in Austin to Chip Ferguson.  I had received a flyer and decided to call Chip to see what he had to offer before I called a realtor.  I accepted his offer and everything went smoothly from the beginning.  I was able to set a closing date that met my time table.  I could pack at my own pace and stack boxes wherever I wanted as I didn’t have to show the house. Everything was a much easier process than a retail sale.

He bought the property as-is with no price reductions and did everything else he said he would do.  I called Chip about a washing machine and refrigerator that I needed to haul off and he even took care of this for me.
